This position is responsible for the development of bio-pharmaceutical product sales to select hospitals, physicians, and clinics within their respective territory. In addition, the position will be responsible for supporting the Territory Manager in their respective territory in a team effort to increase revenues and customer count by augmenting the Territory Manager’s efforts. Also, this position will be asked to perform special projects such as the introduction of new products to special markets or telephonically support the company’s flu vaccine sales.
Essential Functions and Duties
Grow business in respective territories by focusing on potential customers that are not being serviced by Territory Managers. Customer base will consist of dormant or non-active accounts, accounts that have yet to purchase from FFF or accounts that the Territory managers deem to be inefficient in their territory strategy.
Develop and maintain a partnership with all of the internal staff including Customer Service, Accounting, Warehouse staff, Support staff, and Purchasing.
Attend select regional and national sales meetings.
Attend national tradeshows as directed by supervisor. Attend all business functions at tradeshows.
Travel within Territory not to exceed 5 days per quarter. A call plan must be turned in prior to travel and a meeting-planning sheet at the completion. All travel must be approved and within department budget prior to making any travel plans.
Employees working from a home office must document and accomplish a minimum of 15 quality calls for each day in the quarter that they are not traveling.
Employee must be trusted and be able work independently.
Maintain working knowledge of all products and services.
Maintain and utilize Book of Product Knowledge.
Support efforts in the introduction of new products that are subsequently added to the FFF portfolio.
Work closely with Customer Service/AR for new account set-up and receivables management.
Utilize standard computer software systems for daily tracking of sales; follow up on orders, review account status, pricing, allocations and credit information. The computer is also used daily for e-mail and contact management.
Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality to internal and external customers, and employee relations.
Comply with the policies and procedures stated in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program by always working in a safe manner and immediately reporting any injury, safety hazard, or program violation.
Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the Company. Immediately report any concerns or violations.
Display dedication to the position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
High School diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have the product knowledge and position knowledge to assist in training new Sales Development Representatives I.

Must have shown successful sales growth perform job duties above and beyond the SDR team requirements. Your Manager must feel you have performed at a level that is appropriate for the position.
Proven track record of at least ten (10) years of successful Inside sales/Tele-marketing and / or customer service experience and a minimum of 5 years as a SDR at FFF Enterprises.
This position is responsible for the development of new revenues in their respective territories. Revenues will be a result of sales generated by new accounts and non-active accounts. The potential increased revenues could add materially to the overall FFF operating plan of $1 Billion in sales revenues.
