Powder River Energy Corp. (PRECorp), Wyoming’s largest electric distribution cooperative serving the five northeastern counties with residential and commercial electric service, is currently seeking a Chief Financial and Administration Officer in Sundance, Wyoming. 

To meaningfully participate in the development and advancement of strategic initiatives and to provide financial and administrative capacity to the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team.

To manage the Corporate, Accounting, Finance and Administration functions of the Cooperative. To plan, direct, coordinate, review and monitor all financially related policies and procedures to ensure the proper utilization and internal control of the Cooperative’s assets.

To ensure that rates and margins are appropriate to maintain a continued sound financial position. To ensure the cooperative has adequate short-term and long-term financing available.

To manage Purchasing/Contract Administration, Warehousing, Facility Management, Administration, and Fleet and Equipment Management services for the Cooperative.
