Client Support Coordinator

Powder River Energy Corp. (PRECorp), Wyoming’s largest electric distribution cooperative serving the five northeastern counties with residential and commercial electric service, is currently seeking a Client Support Coordinator in Sundance, Wyoming.

The role for this position will be to coordinate and deliver Client Support efforts, service level commitments and customer relationships across the organization. These objectives will be achieved through management of Help Desk functions and driving execution and innovation in rapid device deployment solutions.

A Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in the field of computer science or information management systems and/or five (5) or more years of related work experience and training or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Leadership and project management experience in technical end user support is preferred.

Advanced training and certification in Helpdesk, ITIL, desktop administration, Imaging, Microsoft, project management, GIAC, CCNA and other ITS industry recognized skills is preferred.
