Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong knowledge of commercial agribusiness insurance products and coverages. This person will be responsible for servicing current clients and preparing insurance proposals for prospective clients. This person will be responsible for issuing certificates of insurance for current clients as needed, submitting changes on existing insurance policies to the appropriate insurance company and following up to make sure that the changes were processed correctly. This position will also require some bookkeeping knowledge, preparing invoices, making bank deposits and reconciling bank statements. Need to have superior written and verbal communication skills and be able to multi task.
1. Experience and proficient with Microsoft Products: REQUIRED
2. Property & Casualty Insurance License: PREFERRED If not currently licensed will need to be licensed within 6 months: REQUIRED
3. Knowledge of and/or willing to learn AMS Management Program: REQUIRED
4. Previous work experience in an Insurance Agency that worked with any of the top five Commercial Agribusiness Insurance Companies: PREFERRED

During these 11 years we have become licensed in 4 states, increased our sales force, added a Farm & Ranch program and added an Employee Benefits Department. All the while with just one office manager. We need to add another person to our staff to assist the Office Manager with the expectation of growing into the Office Manager position over time.
