![]() University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: 33151 Salary: $20.89 - $41.37 hourly Position Description: Under general supervision of Center Administrator, facilitate contract and grant administration activities and provide project support in the Center for Cancer Prevention and Control Research in the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Coordinate and review contract and grant submissions and renewals to federal, state and local agencies. Compile and organize materials from multiple investigators, collaborators, and sources electronically. Conform proposals and reporting materials to formats specified by various funding agencies, prepare internal documentation and enter data to on line systems ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain documentation and tracking systems for active and pending research projects, proposal and report deadlines for multiple investigators. Coordinate research participant incentive processing and maintenance. Process project purchases, payments and reimbursements. Reconcile ledgers, identifying and resolving issues. Provide back up support functions for Center as needed.
