Delegation Program Manager

Summary

Delegation Program Manager:

The Delegation Program Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the program. This position will develop, implement, and monitor all activities of the program to ensure compliance and achievement of Health Plan goals through effective program management. Will collaborate with internal departments such as Compliance, Configuration, Claims, Finance, and Analytics to ensure accuracy and timeliness of ongoing reporting as contractually required by HHSC, TDI, and any other reporting requirements as directed by leadership. Accountable for maintaining program-centric relationships to ensure contract compliance and resolution of various issues related to services which may include, but are not limited to claims payment, provider access and availability, member/provider complaints, data reporting and deliverables. 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. 
• Four (4) years of health plan experience in a Medicaid health plan, including aspects of contracting, credentialing, behavioral health management, or vendor and delegation oversight is required.
