Manages a team of Loan and Real Estate Asset Managers and Associates and is responsible for overseeing loan and real estate assets and portfolios for a given region. Assigns accounts and ensures relationships are managed in accordance with the governing instruments, fiduciary laws, and bank policies and procedures. This position will manage the Wells Fargo/BL&T Loan Asset Management Team. Manages staff levels including selection and development of staff and asset loads. May act as asset manager for large and/or complex real estate portfolios. Assists with design and implementation of strategic business plans for assets and portfolios.

• Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
• Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

• 6+ years of real estate relationship management experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics, financial reporting, accounting reporting, risk reporting or other area directly tied to the essential functions of the role

• A Master's degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills
• Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring
• Reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both
• Lending experience
• Real estate lending experience
• Knowledge and understanding of asset based lending or commercial lending
• Knowledge and understanding of banking: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000
TX-Austin: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000
CA-Westlake Village: Min: $92,400 Mid: $132,000
