| Responsibilities As a Client Services Supervisor in our Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, you’ll lead the customer services team for our Immunogenetics Center. In this important, high-visibility position, you will: •Oversee operational activities and directly supervise ten lab technicians Qualifications•Must have experience in receiving or client services within a clinical laboratory •Three years of supervisory experience, strongly preferred •Exceptional planning, problem solving, organizational and supervisory skills •Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise outside of normal working hours •Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities UCLA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
