Glo Windows and Doors is high end and high performance window and door company located in Missoula, Montana. We strive to provide a high level of service and we are very detail oriented in all that we do. We are a small company and we are experiencing strong growth in our high end residential market. We are looking to add team members. This position could be done remotely, however the training would be required to be in person.

Glo Windows is looking for a confident and professional Project Manager and Drafter to join our team. We are a small and growing company that thrives on innovation and leading in our industry. We believe in making the world a better place for the next generation. We do this through developing and selling highly energy efficient windows and doors throughout the USA.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have enough professional AutoCad experience that you would feel confident walking into any architectural firm, sitting down at a computer and start drafting a set of plans for a new custom home.
• You consider yourself a high detail type of person. You pick up on the details that most other people overlook.
• Although you thrive on the details and may prefer a quiet work environment, you enjoy and feel comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues.
• You are excited to be the one that answers the phone to handle technical detail questions for our clients and vendors
• You will naturally look to the manual, and read it thoroughly before asking others your questions.
• You excel within a team atmosphere. At no point will you be allowed to be a Lone Ranger.
• Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done.
• You believe in having fun and a strong company culture

• You know your way around Microsoft Office
• You are very proficient in Microsoft Excel

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

• You will play a key role in developing details (CAD) and information for our clients. You will also assist other sales associates by providing technical information to help in the sales process.
• You will be spending time drawing and plotting details for other projects managers, as well as for customers.
• Some of the time you will produce window and door quotes, and interact with customers, answering questions and guiding them as they make decisions about their project and the products they want.
• You will study and learn fabrication manuals, to thoroughly understand the capabilities and limitations of our product offering and share the information you discover with your team members.
• You will spend a lot of time studying section view details of windows, doors, and wall sections; experience in this area is a must.
