Supervisor, Patient Intake - Home Health

Summary

Supervise the patient registration team by overseeing all the activities of the Home Health patient registration area. This position will serve as the primary resource person for the patient service coordinators working in the Home Health patient registration area. Supervisor will have thorough knowledge of the patient registration area and all processes, procedures, and computer applications.

Education & Experience

• High School education required.
• Minimum one (1) year intake experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Some prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with insurance verification, patient intakes and referral management.
• Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to this position.
