Job Summary: The Employee Relations Associate is responsible for the company s employee relations function. The associate oversees and responds to complex and sensitive employment and employee relations issues; manages employee litigation/claims; consults with managers and employees on Camden s policies and procedures; and works with internal customers to develop appropriate courses of action in employee matters. Functions with a high level of independence and makes decisions based upon policies and procedures. Essential Functions:
