![]() University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF05633 The Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship is a one year program during which our fellows learn all aspects of musculoskeletal imaging. All imaging modalities: CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy and radiography are utilized to diagnose and treat a wide range of injuries, diseases and tumors. As a referral center, we have a busy tumor service and work closely with the orthopedic surgeons, surgeons and oncologists as an integral part of the oncologic team. We have a busy musculoskeletal ultrasound service, which provides diagnosis and treatment of many ailments. In addition there are busy sports medicine, trauma and rheumatological services. We have a good and close working relationship with our referring clinicians and enjoying working with them and helping our patients. At the end of the year, our fellows are comfortable and competent in treating, diagnosing and managing a myriad of complex conditions and we have a wide network of dispersed former fellows working and thriving in both academic and private practice environments. A MD and completion of a Diagnostic Radiology residency or equivalent is required at time of application. The University of California is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
