The Southlands Emergency Room unit at Parker Adventist Hospital is a freestanding ED, where we care for all emergency and medical conditions. We have nine beds and six vertical spaces, and we see around 21-25 patients per day. Our mission is to provide professional, patient-centered care by utilizing clinical excellence, innovation and compassion in all that we do. We have an intimate and collaborative culture that is always
based on what is best for the patient, which has led to high associate and patient satisfaction scores. Team members must be engaged in their work, value excellence in clinical practice and always put the patient first.

Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team,and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. Promotes theoptimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient carestandards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care,organizational mission, and core values.

**$15k bonus paid out over 2 years to new employees that have 1 year of ED RN experience**

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• RN License required;Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
• Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required;Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's
• BLS from the American Heart Association required
• ACLS required upon hire
• PALS or ENPC required upon hire or within 6 months
• NRP highly recommended
• NIHSS required upon hire or within 6 months
• One year RN ED experience required
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to ED/ER

Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

The pay for this position starts at $28.85 to $40.62 per hour and may vary depending on experience. Total Compensation may include the following benefits:
