As a Registered Nurse on the Progressive Care Transplant Unit you will be joining a team of professionalswho are dedicated to deliver excellent care to our patients. You will enable patients to reach their goalsthrough care specifically designed to cater to individual patient needs, andalso administered by some of the most highly skilled and trained providers inthe Rocky Mountain region. What you will do in this role: · Responsiblefor the delivery of nursing care to the patient requiring telemetry and/ormedical surgical care. · Serveas primary nurse and/or care coordinator, leading the collaboration of alldisciplines for well-coordinated patient care. · Overseesand direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountabilityfor the care given to assigned patients. Requirements: · Currentlicensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current activemultistate Registered Nurse license · BLS– Healthcare provider. ACLS requiredwithin the first 12 months of hire. · Graduateof an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred · EKGinterpretation competency and/or course within the first 6 months of hire. · Oneyear experience in acute care preferred.
