| We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-4 years of transactional experience to join our Los Angeles office. Experience with healthcare transactions is preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess corporate and M&A experience, excellent drafting, research and analytical skills, and strong academic credentials. Large law firm experience is preferred.
