Position Description Assist in the planning and development of various daily business functions to facilitate fan engagement. Ensure the athletic organization maintains a favorable public and stakeholder perception while fulfilling the organization's strategic mission.
Oversee game day promotions for select fall and spring sports
Schedule and draft messages to promote athletic events to campus community
Assists in overseeing Raider Red’s Kids Club
Identify, contact and facilitate groups to attend athletics events (Take a Kid to Game / FCA)
Community Outreach with Youth Organizations (Leagues)
Manage and schedule National Anthem singers database
Creation and implementation of marketing and promotional programs for various sports
Assist Promotions and Fan Engagement unit to execute game day activities for fans
Perform other job duties and any other responsibilities as assigned
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12 and Texas Tech University rules, regulations and policies
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five years.
Division I gameday promotions experience preferred.
Knowledge of and experience with Photoshop, Microsoft Office and similar software.
