Pharmacist Mobile Vaccine Clinic

Pharmacist opportunity with UCHealth. Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of mobile vaccine clinics in Colorado Springs.

Work Schedule: Full Time, hours vary between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm daily. This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations in Colorado Springs. Mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with federal guidelines. This position will serve the needs of the vaccination clinics; once that work is no longer needed, it could be reassigned to other UCHealth needs.

Responsibilities:

* Reviews, interprets and evaluates medication regimens to identify, prevent and resolve potential or actual medication-related problems.

* Provides patient care by initiating, modifying, and monitoring medication therapy through approved mechanisms that may include therapeutic interchange, collaborative practice agreement, or other strategies.

* Provides drug information and education to medical professionals, students, and patients.

* Collaborates with care team to develop, implement and evaluate medication management quality improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.

• Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Pharmacist.
  
  

This position's pay range starts at: $50.76/hour.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
