Facilitates, communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Two years of recent LPN experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Current state LPN license for applicable state of employment required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association required
State IV Certification upon hire or within three month of hire/transfer
*Requires travel to Thornton, Brighton, Commerce City and Westminster*
