The Director provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients. Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource, physician relationships, employee engagement, risk management operational functions, strategic planning, program development, and assisting the marketing manager to grow the business.
