Infusion Center Nurse Manager

This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Cancer Center Infusion Center. This position organizes and directs the work of nursing units and programs and coordinates staff to assure that effective nursing services are provided and quality standards are met using a multidisciplinary team approach to care. This position is to develop and maintain an environment that supports the staff in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the organization.  Provides leadership and serves as a role model for developing and implementing the team concept of patient care delivery.  Manages/Establishes workflow, procedures and protocols to help facilitate patient's smooth transition of through the Infusion Center.
