UC San Diego Health is seeking an applicant for a certified Information Systems Analyst III who will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Hyland OnBase environments. This position will report to the Manager of Revenue Cycle Systems and Corepoint Integration and will be responsible for implementation, maintenance and support for OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) as well as other revenue cycle systems and tools. This encompasses all application and operating system maintenance for the tool sets that support our Revenue Cycle and Ambulatory Clinic teams as it relates to OnBase ECM.
Systems Administration Requirements: The Information Systems Analyst III will function as the point person for maintaining the UCSD Health OnBase ECM as well as a supporting member of our Revenue Cycle systems team. Specific duties include assessing the current state systems infrastructure and integrations. Taking direction from the Senior OnBase Systems Analyst and the Manager of Revenue Cycle Systems and Corepoint Integration, they will be responsible for supporting all operating systems and application maintenance.
The Information Systems Analyst III will be responsible for day-to-day operations, interact with end users on issues, requests for new functionality or modifications to existing workflows and solutions. This role will also build expertise and experience with functions and troubleshooting of the solutions related hardware (such as scanners) and interfaces. The Information Systems Analyst III will work within the organization, across internal departments and Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), to ensure optimal solution deployment and operation
Project Management Requirements: The Information Systems Analyst III will function as the Technical Project Manager responsible for any projects related to systems administration for OnBase and other revenue cycle systems for which they're assigned. The individual will be responsible for reporting out on progress to ensure consistent and timely delivery on all assigned duties. Specific duties include but are not limited to developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating work with the Project Management Office (PMO), other team members, creating status reports, facilitating decisions, identifying and mitigating risks, collecting and interpreting data from various sources, presenting measure and program results to technical, clinical and operations executives, and managing evolving technical requirements.
Information Systems Analyst III: Possess a combination of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) expertise, logic, and strong analytical skills. The Information Systems Analyst III will be tasked with obtaining a detailed understanding of the ECM functionality, administering continuous operation and stability of application systems, including troubleshooting and software updates (patching). This position will work with the applications teams in Information Services to provide development and support for a wide variety of projects, interfaces and systems, including OnBase.
Bachelor Degree in healthcare information technology, computer science, or related area; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
Three (3+) or more years of relevant experience in Windows Systems Administration, Hyland OnBase Administration and Interface Development experience.
Advanced level of project management or program management experience including administration of a project management platform.
Product management experience qualified at a minimum of leading a product through (2) releases.
Experience with developing and managing technology products including developing user profiles, requirements, experience testing, and product portfolio management.
Familiarity or experience with relational databases, 3M 360E, Epic HIM, or other HIM related products.
Familiarity with Agile development, Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), Product Development Life Cycles (PDLC), and waterfall implementation methodologies.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
