Work closely with compliance and revenue cycle to assure proactive measures to respond to Federal payer mandated changes.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Masters Degree in Nursing is Required.
Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact Required
Certification by relevant professional organizations such as ACM, CMSA, ABQAURP, ANCC or CCM, preferred
5 years clinical/nursing experience in utilization review, case management and disease management.
3 years of leadership experience with focus on utilization management, case management and or care coordination with care transitions and disease management experience. (i.e. utilization/quality/care/case management)
Experience in working with CMS and RAC Denials
Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
