The Clinical Outcomes Supervisor is responsible for the day-today oversight of all member-focused clinical outreach efforts at Cook Children’s Health Plan with a strong emphasis on telephonic call center oversight, preventive care, member screening, and member satisfaction. This position will provide leadership and guidance to the Health Plan Clinical Outreach team and will serve as a liaison to Quality Improvement, Service Management, and Service Coordination.
BSN, LMSW required with at least 3 years’ experience in a Managed Care Organization.
Experience in an outbound telephonic center and former supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work well without direct supervision, independently and productively.
Must be highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Must have a strong ability to both understand and compose operational metrics.
Must be cognizant of deadlines and able to unfailingly meet them.
Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to direct activities of others both individually and within a team setting.
