Founded in 2015 by Drs. Daniel F. Kelly (neurosurgeon), Chester F. Griffiths (otolaryngologist – ENT), Howard R. Krauss (neuro-ophthalmologist) and Santosh Kesari (neuro-oncologist), Pacific Neuroscience Institute (PNI) ® provides precision leading-edge care for patients with a wide spectrum of neurological and cranial disorders.
Thanks to a very generous gift by SJHC Foundation of almost $5M, PNI was able to launch Pacific Brain Health Center (PBHC) in July 2018, the mission of which is to create a world-class multidisciplinary team of clinician scientists focused on prevention, early diagnosis and novel treatments of all brain health-related disorders.
In August of 2020, PBHC received a transformational gift of $40 million dollars from Will and Cary Singleton. As a result of the Singleton’s gift, a newly created position of Director of Research Administration and Operations has been created to assist the Pacific Brain Health Center, Pacific Neuroscience Institute, and Pacific Neuroscience Institute Foundation team create and build processes, procedures, budgetary and operations infrastructure and pursue additional research.

Master’s degree in business/healthcare administration or related advanced degree is required with additional education and/or experience in strategic and operations management preferred (Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education)
7 years progressive, successful leadership experience preferably in academic healthcare human research
Management experience in a large, multi-faceted or clinical department/division in a school, corporate or hospital environment
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
