The AM Admissions team at Rocky Mountain Hospitalfor Children (RMHC) at Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center is a highlytrained group of professionals who specialize in pediatric Pre and Post-oppatients in our state-of-the-art Recovery Room suites. Our team works exclusively with infants,children and adolescents and understands their unique needs.
Hereis some of what you can expect from being a PACU AM Admissions Registered Nursewith us:
Youwill oversee and direct the care of the pre and post-surgical/proceduralpatient.
Youwill serve as primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines forwell-coordinated patient care.
Youwill oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining finalaccountability for the care given to assigned patients.
Whatqualifications you will need:
Currentlicensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current activemulti-state Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support certification through the AmericanHeart Association or American Red Cross.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
One (1) year experience in acute care is preferred.
Shift: Monday – Friday, rotating schedule – 4 weeks6am – 4:30pm and 4 weeks 8am – 6:30pm. Night/weekend call only when the call team is on vacation or leave. Holidays call rotated by staff (1 summerholiday and 1 winter holiday).
