You Will Be Responsible For:
Â·Prepares and manages correspondences, documents, and reports.
Â·Takes notes, types, and distributes minutes of meetings.
Â·Maintains databases, operates office equipment, and manages office space.
Â·Executes and maintains office systems, maintains calendars and schedules.
Â·Maintains and devises office systems, including filing, data management, etc.
Â·Establishes and maintains secretarial practices in order to ensure reliable and accurate date, essential for efficient operations.
Â·Sets up and maintains filing system, establishes work procedures, and collates information.
Â·Manages supplies and inventories for Nutrition Services Department.
Â·Serves as liaison to other departments, staff, vendor, and suppliers.
Â·Practices customer service skills consistently and with genuine conviction.
What You Will Need:
Â·Strong professional etiquette.
Â·Strong computer skills required, i.t. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Â·Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
Â·Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Â·Completion of two (2) year Secretarial Science Program or equivalent in experience.
Â·One (1) year of experience in similar position with multi-tasking.
Â·Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred
