Responsibilities Under direction of the Client Support Supervisor, the Systems Administrator 3 is the technical lead for the Client Services level 2 groups in the Technologies Operation Center (TOC). The Client Services level 2 team addresses all health system level 2 client incident and service requests. The Client Services team works closely with the Technologies Operation Center (TOC) in utilizing remote technologies primarily and field support secondary to efficiency resolve customer support issues. This position will be responsible for Divisional Information Technology tasking's and projects. This includes but is not limited to: strategic planning, budgeting, level 3 technical escalations, project resource management, customer relationship, technical guidance, client systems planning and implementation, and other special projects as required.
Must have expert-level experience supporting Windows and Macintosh clients and associated peripherals in an enterprise environment.
Must have expert-level experience supporting with the operation of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
Must have expert-level experience supporting of hardware, software and desktop applications as it relates to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, multi-function devices and scanners
Must have experience in remote support of clients through use of enterprise-level remote access tools.
Must have experience in the support of Microsoft Office 365 and/or Exchange administration.
Must work independently, set priorities, organize the work of others and meet multiple deadlines.
Must have knowledge of, and experience in the support of enterprise-level Anti-virus, Malware/Spam remediation software, and operating system-level firewall technologies.
Must have experience in leading technical staff or leading technical projects, preferably in a Healthcare environment.
Preferred skills to plan, design, write, edit, maintain, use and teach technical Guidelines and/or Knowledgebase Articles
Preferred knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Healthcare-specific policies and procedures
This position requires participation in regular on-call / after-hours support
This position may require working of alternate shifts, including nights and weekends.
This position requires a valid Government- issued driver license.
This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
