Cook Children's Health Care System, based in Fort Worth, Texas, has initiated a national search for a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon who has fellowship training and a demonstrable proficiency in Pediatric Plastic, Craniofacial & Cleft Surgery. This is an opportunity to serve as medical director to a well-established team of one full-time and one part time Pediatric Plastic, Craniofacial & Cleft Surgeons and two Advanced Practice Providers as they attend to patients presenting with the entire spectrum of simple and complex pediatric plastic, craniofacial and cleft diagnoses. Cook Children's is committed to securing a pediatric plastic craniofacial & cleft surgeon whose professional, social, and economic interests would lend themselves to a long-term fit within the patient focused culture present within our institution, medical staff, and community.
Minimum qualifications The applicant must have completed a one year, recognized, comprehensive pediatric craniofacial and cleft specialty training program (a case list is required), be board certified/board eligible in Plastic Surgery, have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a pediatric plastic, craniofacial and reconstructive surgeon.
Must be qualified to obtain an unrestricted Texas Medical License before commencing employment.
