The Department of Urology is looking for a full time Clinical Assistant of Urology (Clinician Educator).Â The Clinical Assistant of Urology (Clinician Educator) will work as lead director to the USC Department of Urology Physician Assistant Fellowship Program.Â A requirement of this position is to be a California certified Physician Assistant and to hold a DMSc degree or equivalent.Â Responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum to assure skilled training of all Physician Assistant Fellows in the program by covering all urologic specialties.Â The Clinical Assistant of Urology (Clinician Educator) will simultaneously maintain patient management plans, including the coordination of referrals to specialty and social services.Â The recording of progress notes and the provision of continuity of care.Â The Clinical Assistant of Urology (Clinician Educator) performs and/or interprets common laboratory, radiological, cardiographic, and other routine diagnostic procedures used to identify pathophysiological progress.Â Assist Urology doctors in the various urologic procedures.
