Reports to and partners with the entity Quality Director and Patient Safety Officer, and Senior Leadership to identify, prioritize, and address process improvement opportunities supporting outcome effectiveness, service, and quality program initiatives. Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing clinical process improvement initiatives.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Three years of experience in a process improvement environment.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma deployment and training, facilitation and project management.
Expertise in utilizing Process Improvement tools such as A3, Prioritization matrixes, Process mapping, Value Stream mapping, Rapid Improvement events (Kaizen), 5S, and Visual Management.
Experience in strategy, development, deployment and sustainment skills.
Experience in facilitating large projects across a complex environment
Ability to analyze, synthesize and manage quality, service and financial performance of process improvement initiatives.
BachelorsDegree in Business, Health Administration, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Organizational Development degree or related field, required.
Six Sigma or LEAN certification, required.
Schedule: Mostly days but flexible.
Physical Requirements - Sedentary Work (prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally)
