Core responsibility is accounting related. Maintaining financial records including billing and accounts receivables/basic accounting/bookkeeping/operating statements/balance sheets/journal entries/bank statements in concert with external bookkeeping/accountant/audit functions.
Maintain general ledger accounts and business transactions for multiple association business entities using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and a thorough review of financial records
Meetings support including registration, payments, event management with occasional overnight in-state travel required
Membership records, updates and invoicing
Maintaining vendor contacts and relations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Skilled in using software applications such as QuickBooks, Word, Excel and the capability to learn new association management software.
Skilled in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
