Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
2 years of HR work experience as a generalist or specialist.
Demonstrated expertise in the use of computer hardware and software, including demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting; report inquiry from mainframe database and experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking system.
Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds and levels in an organization.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds as well as the ability to effectively diffuse upset or angry persons.
