The Management Department in the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant or associate professor, to begin in Fall 2020.
We are seeking individuals with primary focus in the area of strategy or entrepreneurship, with an ability and/or a demonstrated record in publishing in premier journals in the field, and experience and interest in teaching in those areas. The ideal candidate is expected to have a deep commitment to high quality research, interest in working with doctoral students, and experience in teaching entrepreneurship and/or strategy courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The candidate is expected to be a collegial team member of a growing entrepreneurship and strategy group that seeks to develop an international reputation for quality research.
Salary, benefits, and teaching load are typical for a major research focused university. Responsibilities include conducting basic research, teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, and providing service to the university and the profession.

For Assistant Professor rank: completed PhD or evidence that the degree will be completed by August 2020, with a record or a pipeline of scholarly productivity in leading journals.
For Associate Professor rank: completed PhD, with record of scholarly productivity to support appointment at the rank of tenured Associate Professor.
