The Department of Medical Education at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is seeking a full-time faculty member for the position of Chief Transformation and System Integration Officer (CTIO).Â Faculty ranking will be commensurate to relevant experience.

The Chief Transformation and System Integration Officer (CTIO) will report directly to the Executive Vice Dean of the Keck School of Medicine and will be a member of the Deanâs cabinet.
The CTIO will lead the effort to drive cross-functional system integration, design architecture, and transformation through the evaluation and implementation of process improvements. These process improvements are expected to create more and better collaboration, communication, speed and efficiency, thus promoting alignment and achievement of our strategic priorities.Â In addition the CTIO will provide oversight and assistance to the various culture transformation efforts across the school including activities such as building/maintaining momentum, creation of new initiatives, and tracking progress. Our goal is for the Keck School of Medicine to be a national model for a respectful, inclusive, innovative and professional work environment.
