Position Description: This position is located on the Wharton Campus.
The Part Time Transcript Analyst is responsible for evaluating and maintaining transfer students' transcripts and enters articulations into the student database, assisting with reverse articulations, degree evaluations and audits, and printing diplomas and certificates.
The Part Time Transcript Analyst also assists with preparation of diplomas and certificates for mailing, processing graduation applications for eligibility, student grade reports, and provides student enrollment verifications.
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires an Associate's Degree (or 60 college credit hours) or two years of equivalent full time (or four years of part time) related work experience in comparable position. This position requires superior clerical and computer data entry skills, corresponding word processing proficiency, and a basic knowledge of database management systems. Superior communication skills with strong commitment to service and a strong commitment to teamwork are required. A criminal background check is also required.
