Under close supervision, serves as a central point of contact for a defined internal/external customer base to consult, implement and address problems with customer's on FedEx automation portfolio and/or FedEx deployed technologies. Responsible for installation and optimization of company's software products and systems at customer sites within an aligned territory. Provides solutions and serves as liaison between business customers and technology development. Special projects as assigned.
Travel across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho will be needed (up to 50%).
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with customers
Ability to analyze and consult on end-to-end supply chain technology solutions
Experience and/or understanding of E-Commerce applications
Knowledge of cloud-based applications and architecture
Strong presentation and organization skills are essential
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, XML/JSON
Experience in programming (VB is preferred, other languages such as Java, Python, and C/C# are acceptable)
Experience with SQL, ODBC, and database integration
Experience with working in Windows 10 and Windows Server environment
Experience with Networking and client-server technology
Strong project management and time/territory management skills
Understanding of general business applications and services (ERP, order life-cycle management)
Takes initiative with researching, escalating, and resolving complex issues
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal business partners

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
