Property Management Coordinators provide coordination and support for the Property Management & Construction (“PM&C”) group’s operating initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering high quality on-site transition training and/or training support on PM&C’s systems, operational policies and procedures for all newly acquired properties and all new PM&C staff nationwide. If you are passionate about commercial real estate, training, and quality assurance, this is the job for you!
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Technical experience working with and supporting systems and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Excellent customer service, administrative, and relationship building skills.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) experience.
Logical and analytical in your approach to problem solving.
Positive attitude, self-directed, team player.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Quality Assurance experience or interest is a plus.
Experience with property management, general real estate, or teaching/training is also a plus.
