OHSU has recently committed to implementing Microsoft Office 365 organization wide. In this role you will lead the team in developing proof of concepts, test cases and feedback mechanisms for analysis around collaboration tools and the Office 365 product stack. In this role, youll serve as a project manager, business analyst and user experience expert to ensure the implementation of Office 365 gets the adoption and awareness to be successful. You will be the voice of the customer. Youll work with stakeholders across the information technology group, marketing team and clinical enterprise to gather requirements, develop project plans, and driving those plans to completion using an agile approach. Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience managing projects in a large, healthcare environment is a requirement for this position.
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field AND Five years or more paid work experience as a Project Leader managing and implementing information system projects.
Equivalent combination of education and experience where one year of experience will be substituted for an Associates degree and two years of experience will be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
Five years or more paid work experience as a Sr. Business/Application Analyst or Sr. Project manager delivering large scale projects (over 10K users) and solutions.
Five years experience managing digital projects.
Experience managing technology projects in a healthcare setting.
Experience designing user experience for complex audiences with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Job Related Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and common project management tasks, including:
Preparing project schedules
Allocating and managing resources
Communicating project status
Ability to produce high quality work under own initiative while under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of delivering complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.
