Performs varied administrative and general office duties for the department of Radiation Oncology in the Keck School of Medicine. Composes and produces various business correspondence, reports, and coordinates periodic departmental events.
This position works closely with Department Chair and Department Administrator to support the mission of the department. This position will manage the Chair's calendar, and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. This position will coordinate faculty affairs documentation and activities to include faculty recruitment, faculty appointments, credentialing, annual evaluations, and faculty clinic coverage, time surveys, on-call schedules, and leave calendars among various clinic sites. Responsible for episodic projects to include promotion, tenure, and/or dossier document preparation.
