Supervises the daily operations of a unit of Student Financial Services, which includes the supervision of clerical staff.
Oversees the daily work activities of assigned unit.
Supervises cashiers or customer service representatives; provides training and work direction as needed.
Addresses and resolves more complex and difficult questions, issues or complaints; collaborates with departments and co-workers to resolve.
Researches student accounts and processes student account transactions.
Performs cashier or customer service representative duties as needed; answers telephone and provides general information to students and visitors to the university.
Monitors sections of the student fee bill/payment process.
Compiles and produces periodic reports for management use; conducts periodic customer satisfaction surveys as requested.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
High school and 3 years experience.
Requires a basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. as might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or GED.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.
