Yellowstone Behavioral Health Center, located in picturesque and historical Cody Wyoming, is seeking a full time (40 hours a week) licensed clinical social worker to add to our highly skilled clinical team. The behavioral health Clinician is an integral member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team that includes nurses, case managers, and psychiatric medical providers.
Conduct initial intake and crisis assessments.
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews.
Develop person-centered treatment plans that address assessment identified issues and establish measurable long and short term goals.
Utilize individual and group modalities to provide evidence based services such as Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Communicate respectfully with clients, agency staff, community members, and other stakeholders.
Utilize electronic health record and collaborative documentation to complete all client clinical documentation in accordance with agency requirements.
Actively participate in weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or licensed eligible.
Two years clinical experience (preferred).
Must be equipped with a high energy level and a passion for community behavioral health.
