The CCHP Director of Quality Improvement coordinates the development and successful deployment of the Quality Management Program (QMP) of CCHP in conjunction with the CCHCS QI program. This individual works with many other CCHP and CCHCS departments to produce a QMP that supports CCHP and CCHCS strategic goals.
Registered Nurse, BSN required, MSN preferred.
3-5 years of management experience in Quality Improvement or Quality Management within a health care institution or managed care organization.
CPHQ, Six Sigma, or Lean Certifications preferred
Health Plan experienceMedicaid/SCHIP experience valuable
Knowledge of and experience in NCQA and/or URAC accreditationExcel, MS Word, PowerPoint
Excellent teaching and communication skills (written and speech)
