Maternal Child Health Assistant Manager, RN
Riverside, CA - Part-Time Night Shift
In this role, you will supervise the implementation, delivery, and evaluation/improvement of quality patient care/nursing operations and services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities, and performance/outcome measures, as well as with departmental, business, and organizational goals/objectives.
At least three years of clinical nursing experience relevant to a given position/department, including one year of leadership experience
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
A BSN or MSN
A current California RN license
A current BLS certification
ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
Knowledge of quality improvement, clinical care delivery processes, staffing, and budgeting
Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal communication skills
The ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
This position is a Perinatal Assistant Clinical Manager and requires recent L&D experience at bedside or in a leadership capacity.
