Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director, Human Resources, will be a focused results-oriented leader. This role requires a unique blend of skills and experience in Human Resources, including Benefits, Compensation, Employee and Labor Relations, Recruitment, HRIS and Compliance. The position requires a versatile HR professional who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the organization, leverage their HR expertise and business acumen, and be a hands-on leader. The Director partners with the senior Leadership team to develop and implement a strategic human resources plan with long range and short-term initiatives that contribute to Rady Children's objective of being an employer of choice.
