As a per diem Physical Therapist in Acute Care setting at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, you will primarily completes evaluations and provides appropriate treatment interventions per policies. Completes required documentation in an accurate and thorough manner within expected timeframes. Utilizes validated and standardized outcome measures to establish goals, demonstrate progress and patient rehabilitation prognosis. Monitors and modifies progress of patients assigned to assistants. Demonstrates effective communication skills with patients, families and care team members.
Per Diem to assist with weekend support.
The Therapist-Per Diem is considered employed on an at-will basis with no guarantee of scheduled hours. Scheduling is done based on staffing need and availability. The Therapist-Per Diem staff member is expected to be available a minimum of 16 hours per month.
