The Case Management Director is responsible for directing the activities of the Case Management Department while directly proving Case Management services. The Case Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for the provision of coordination of quality, cost-effective patient care through planning, communication, critical thinking and facilitation of the multi-disciplinary patient care team.
Qualifications: BSN required, Master�s preferred.
