Provide professional administrative and support to the appeals process within the parking office operation per the department’s rules and regulations.
Process all aspects of citation appeals in accordance to the department Rules and Regulations. Assist with committee appeal meetings and documentation. Review citations, analyze and submit documents with other available evidence. Review/Research customer inquiries on late fees and received communication. Performs other duties assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of direct experience in parking operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLSANDABILITIES: Advanced skills in Ms office suite. Clear and concise communication and interpersonal skills.
