Candidate will perform detailed and in-depth review of various financial data with respect to Camden s properties to explain variances in results / operations. Identify opportunities to enhance net operating income. Communicate results to operational personnel and provide timely financial analysis as a management tool to end-users.
Manage network security on company LANs/WANs
Provide maintenance on company LANs/WANs
Assist the Network Engineer in supporting users across the wide area network
Work as a team member with the Network Engineer on any day to day troubleshooting, maintenance or upgrade projects related to the network systems
Provide vacation and sick leave back up support to the Network Engineer
Monitor network systems using applications available during all work hours and work in an on-call rotation with all members of the networking team to provide support from 8am to 8pm every day for week, once every 6 weeks.
Information systems related bachelor s degree or equivalent experience and technical training: Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+Technical training in desktop hardware and enterprise software support, and client support connecting to the network.
Four to seven years of experience in a large network environment performing installations of servers, network hardware/software support, end-user support and desktop troubleshooting tasks Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 desktop and Server 2016 or greater server environment
Must have worked successfully in a team environment.
Experience working in service-oriented environments.
Experience working in a corporate networking environment supporting unplanned outages

Job is intermittently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e., climb stairs) to tour, show, and inspect apartments on a daily basis

Position requires periodic travel by automobile to handle work-related activities
May require airline travel, out-of-town and /or overnight trips
