Summary of Duties: The Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine (ESFCOM) at Washington State University is embarking on the accreditation and development of a next generation medical school designed to train students to be physician leaders, who innovate, adapt and discover in an ever changing healthcare landscape. The School is now inviting applications for the position of Front End Web Developer.
The Front End Web Developer is part of the ESFCOM Information Technology team, and contributes to the development of innovative technology in support of teaching and learning across the state of Washington.
As part of the ESFCOM Information Technology team, the Front End Web Developer will help shape the technology used to deliver medical education in a faced-paced, collaborative environment.
Under the general supervision of the Applications Architecture & Analytics Manager, and in cooperation with the Senior Web Developer, as well as other members of the ESFCOM IT team will regularly participate in identifying and addressing challenges to fulfilling the mission and vision of the college.
The Front End Web Developer will play an integral role in the planning of new and ongoing work, will work on greenfield projects, and will also contribute enhancements and fixes to legacy modules.
Required Qualifications: Positions require a Bachelors degree and three (3) years professional experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
