Compensation: Starting at $20.87 per hour (range 09, step 1).

Position Details: One regular, part-time position, 30 hours per week, equivalent to 10 months per year spread over 12, on the San Elijo campus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. The person selected for this position will be subject to assignment to any district facility during any hours of operation.
Basic Function: Under general supervision, perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support functions requiring a general knowledge of the terminology, procedures and practices applicable to the functional area; act as first point of contact for functional area; schedule appointments/meetings and assist with events; create and maintain physical and electronic filing systems and perform records management duties; and perform related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: To be eligible for this position, you must meet and provide evidence of the following minimum qualifications:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent, and at least one year of progressively responsible clerical support experience, preferably involving frequent public or student contact; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. An associate degree is preferred and may be required to advance to higher levels in the class series.
